1. Service Description
Growth Compass is a growth execution tool for indie developers: input your product status, get a growth diagnosis, generate a 30-day action plan, and execute with toolboxes and weekly reviews. Some outputs are generated with third-party AI models (e.g., open-source models via Cloudflare Workers AI) and are provided for reference only.
2. Account and Usage Conditions
You must provide accurate information and safeguard your login credentials. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and not in violation of these terms or any applicable law.
3. Pricing, Billing Period, and Subscription
· Plans and pricing: we offer monthly and annual subscription plans, priced in USD. Current prices and plan contents are shown on the [Pricing page](/#pricing). Payments are processed securely by our payment processors (Waffo Pancake and Creem); we do not store your payment credentials. · Automatic renewal authorization: subscriptions renew automatically for the selected period (monthly or annual). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fee from your payment method at the start of each billing period until you cancel. · Price changes: we may adjust plan prices. We will provide reasonable advance notice before a price increase takes effect for existing subscribers; you may accept the new price or cancel. · Cancellation: you may cancel online at any time from the account page within the product. After cancellation, access remains valid until the end of the current paid period and no further charges are made. Cancellation affects future billing only and does not refund amounts already paid. · One-time purchase: in addition to subscriptions, we offer a one-time purchase plan. After a single payment, playbooks and cases are unlocked, diagnoses and tools are subject to monthly limits (see the [Pricing page](/#pricing)), and 12 months of content updates from the purchase date are included. One-time purchases do not auto-renew; content exported offline is yours to keep locally.
4. Refund Policy
· First-period refund: if you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund via the email below within 7 days from your first subscription purchase. · Renewals and amounts overdue the window: for amounts already paid beyond 7 days, or charges from a billing period that has already started and been automatically charged, refunds are generally not provided; we may, at our discretion, make exceptions only where the purchased service in that period was entirely unavailable. · Refund execution and effect: refunds are processed by the applicable payment processor (Waffo Pancake or Creem) per its procedures. Once a refund is completed, access to the corresponding subscription is revoked and terminated. · Inapplicability: this refund policy does not apply where you were terminated for breaching these Terms or the [Acceptable Use Policy](/acceptable-use-policy), or where the service became unavailable due to your own conduct. · One-time purchase refunds: the 7-day full refund window above also applies to one-time purchases. Once a refund is completed, one-time benefits (including future content updates and offline export) are revoked; content you already exported locally is unaffected.
5. User Breach and Account Termination
· Compliance: you agree to comply with these Terms and the [Acceptable Use Policy](/acceptable-use-policy). · Breach: if you violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy — including, without limitation, engaging in prohibited conduct, abusing or interfering with the service, circumventing security controls, providing false information, infringing the rights of others, or violating applicable law — we may, at our discretion, suspend or terminate your account, cancel your subscription, and refuse you continued or renewed access. · Consequences: upon termination, any fees already accrued and payable remain due; except as otherwise required by law or agreed in writing, amounts already paid are not refunded. We are not liable for losses you or third parties incur as a result of terminating your account. · Termination by us: we may also terminate this agreement for service maintenance, legal, or security reasons, or upon reasonable notice; in such cases, we will make reasonable arrangements for handling your data.
6. Intellectual Property
The content, design, code, and brand on this website are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, redistribute, or use them commercially without explicit permission.
7. Disclaimer
AI and diagnostic results are provided for reference only and do not constitute professional business, legal, or financial advice. Actual results depend on your execution and market conditions; we are not responsible for decisions made based on them.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
