1. What this is

The Growth Readiness Grader is a free, informational tool that runs deterministic checks on a public SaaS homepage and produces a score and suggestions. It is not a security scanner, not an SEO audit of your whole site, and not professional advice.

2. Acceptable use

Grade sites you own or have a legitimate interest in evaluating. Do not use the tool to overload third-party websites; usage is rate-limited. Local and private-network addresses are blocked.

3. Accuracy

Checks read server-rendered HTML without executing JavaScript, and use English-language heuristics. Results can be incomplete for client-side-rendered or non-English sites, and items we cannot verify are marked as such. The score is a starting point, not a guarantee of growth.

4. Shared results

Share links contain a signed snapshot of a past scan. By sharing you agree the domain and scores may be viewed by anyone with the link. Tampered links will not render.

5. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for decisions made based on the report. We may change or discontinue the tool at any time.
